1. Automated Returns

Our returns are powered by Loop, which simplifies the return process. To start your return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions to initiate your return request.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping is available. The customer is responsible for the price of the return label. Shipping charges will vary based on customer's location and the items weight and size. 
  • Store Credit Returns: Choose to receive store credit, and you’ll benefit from a reduced return shipping fee. 

3. Restocking Fee

Please note that returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

4. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of your order to create a return request. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

5. Warranty Returns

If you are returning a defective item covered under warranty, return shipping is free. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with warranty claims.

6. Store Credit

Opting for store credit can save you on return shipping costs. Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the returned item, minus any applicable restocking fees.

7. How to Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal to start your return.
  2. Select your items and choose your return reason.
  3. Print your return shipping label.
  4. Pack your items securely and affix the label.
  5. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.
